1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing or using the NeoCapita app ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use. If you do not agree with any of the terms set out here, please do not use the App. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and NeoCapita regarding the use of the App.
2. Description of the service
NeoCapita is a personal finance management app that lets you: • Record and categorize income and expenses • Manage bank accounts and balances • Track debts and loans • Set up fixed expenses and notifications • Scan purchase receipts using Artificial Intelligence • Consult an AI financial assistant and monthly summaries • Share financial data with members of the same household NeoCapita is a personal financial support and guidance tool. It does not constitute financial, banking, tax or investment advice.
3. Usage requirements
To use NeoCapita you must: • Be at least 16 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country of residence to contract digital services) • Provide a valid email address to create your account • Have an internet connection to sync your data to the cloud Use of the App on behalf of children under 16 is expressly prohibited.
4. User account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at privacidad@neocapita.app. NeoCapita is not liable for damages arising from a breach of this confidentiality obligation.
5. Plans and access tiers
During the beta phase, NeoCapita is offered free of charge and ad-free, with access to its features for users invited to the testing program. In the future NeoCapita may introduce a paid PRO plan with expanded features. In that case, the prices, conditions and duration of the subscription will be clearly stated at the time of purchase through the relevant store (App Store or Google Play). Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.
6. Beta program
NeoCapita is currently in a testing (beta) phase. Access is granted through TestFlight (iOS) or Google Play (Android) after requesting it from our website. By taking part in the beta you understand that the App may contain bugs, that some features may change or become unavailable, and that your feedback may be used to improve the product. We recommend not storing information you cannot afford to lose during this phase.
7. Artificial Intelligence
NeoCapita uses the Google Gemini API (analysis of receipt images) and Groq API (expense categorization, financial assistant and monthly summaries). The necessary data is sent temporarily to these providers' servers for processing, always through our secure servers, and is not stored by NeoCapita. AI results are indicative; you should always verify that the amounts, categories and suggestions are correct before confirming them or making decisions based on them.
8. Responsibility for financial data
NeoCapita is a recording and visualization tool. It is not directly connected to any bank or financial institution (unless the user enters the data manually). The balances, debts and projections shown are those the user has entered or are calculated from that data. NeoCapita is not responsible for financial decisions made based on the information shown in the App.
9. Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in the App, including its design, source code, logos, texts and features, belong to NeoCapita. Their reproduction, distribution or modification without express written authorization is prohibited.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NeoCapita shall not be liable for: • Loss or corruption of data • Service interruptions • Damages arising from improper use of the App • Financial decisions made by the user The App is provided "as is" and NeoCapita does not guarantee that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.
11. Modifications
NeoCapita reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through the App itself or by email. Continued use of the App after changes are published implies acceptance of the new terms.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from the use of the App, the parties submit to the courts of the user's domicile, without prejudice to the non-waivable rights that the user may have as a consumer.
